Book of Scarborians XII
The invitation
brought to Parsley, sealed and signed
by the Burgesses,
read as follows, "One Parsley
is summoned to the castle
with the courtesy
to be accompanied by
anyone he wills.
It is our pleasure to host
your party for the evening."
Sage read it aloud
and she replied, "The castle?
It's barely standing."
Parsley said, "It’s a free feast,
we should all go together."
Rose said to Mary,
"Never have we eaten at
such a high table."
Mary asked, "What’s the dress code?
Wait, has anyone seen Ty?"
